Disappointed
I had such high hopes for this podcast, but the message is shaky at best. They state early on not to evaluate some foods as “good” or “bad,” and yet they continue to do so throughout. Add that to having a weight loss program as a sponsor? This podcast is really perpetuating disordered eating, and could easily be damaging to those who struggle with food. I know that had I heard it several years ago, it would have just reinforced all of my disordered thoughts.

This is literally the only food podcast I can actually listen to. It’s informative, interesting, and easy to listen to!

The combination of Juna’s energetic and contemporary voice with scientific insights from nutrition experts,...Read full review »
