Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed listening to this podcast! I have spent a lifetime of dieting. I wasn’t going to listen, I’m so glad I did. Juna brings an intelligent voice and shares her personal experience with a dose of pop culture references, very relatable. Dr. Eddie is an excellent...Read full review »

I just found this podcast thanks to my sister in law and I am loving it! It has bite sized episodes on all different food and exercise related topics. The hosts have great banter and are super fun and funny. I want more episodes!

I have a lot of fun listening to these two and I do feel like the info is presented to me in a way that my brain registers as opposed to the mega amounts of misinformation from toxic diet culture.

Love the show, when is the next episode?

Im sorry, but is this podcast supposed to encourage disordered eating and full blown eating disorders? If so, they’re doing a great job! Maybe they should just title it “diet culture 101: how to not be fat and addicted to food”

This podcast tells it like it is. Juna and Dr. Phillips are fun to listen to. They have a ton of common sense ideas that we just needed permission to believe again (even when they disagree with all the food hype we see every day). Can't wait for Seaon 2!!! 💕Read full review »

I have listened to the entire show twice. So informative and fun to listen. In our backwards world food market it can feel hopeless trying to live up to body ideals, and can fuel an endless negative cycle of self hatred and binge eating or starvation. This podcast is great for anyone who has struggled with their relationship to food. Informative, kind, and charming.

I love this podcast. It’s non judgmental and the hosts are frank and open. This podcast makes you feel it’s ok to mess up (and sometimes the odds are stacked against you with lifestyle and processed foods), but with information you can progress and make better choices for your body.

I have learned so much from this podcast! It’s down-to-earth and approachable in tone — two characteristics that much of the nutrition and exercise world lacks. I like that the podcast hosts respond to popular trends but that they dig deeper than the fads. Their humor is enjoyable!

I am new to your show and enjoy it. It’s educational and engaging. It would be even better is Juna could cut down on the “likes” she says. It downgrades the show and it is very distracting. Please.

Enjoy this and as a nutrition professional, will pass along to my patients. I do think you need to downplay the promotion of Mind Pump as there is a fair amount on non-science based content, Get Fit Guy would be a more appropriate shout out
