One of the hosts was talking about healthifying recipes which I happen to do and am a fan of and you could tell she didn’t think this was a healthful way of eating. What is better to eat a regular bagel or donut just to fit into the norm of society? Why not try and choose a healthier option for your overall long term health? This podcast tackles the issue of diets in the most funny and down-to-earth way. Host Juna Gjata is bubbly and a joy to listen to, and Dr. Eddie Phillips is extremely knowledgeable and gives amazing tips. Highly recommend for anyone, even if you’re not normally into dieting or nutrition
