It feels weird that a podcast about the science behind human relationships with food is sponsored by a diet app that uses the phrase “lifestyle change” in their ad (a phrase which the show even criticizes in their first episode) and talks about losing a pants size. Inappropriate for people who are coming to this podcast for a healthier relationship with food and weight.
