Total waste of time & bad info
Awful podcast perpetuating harmful diet culture status quo. How on earth they can go on & on about weight without mentioning weight STIGMA is absolutely beyond me. Completely ignores social determinants of health and assumes weight loss is not only possible for most people but should be the focus of health improvement efforts. Listen to Christy Harrison’s Food Psych podcast, Dietitians Unplugged, or RD Real Talk instead.

The hosts are great and their guests are top notch. I feel like they are informative and supportive without being judge-y. They make healthy food choices sound not just healthy but delicious! I’m so interested to hear the next podcast! I binged on all of them, so to speak.
