It is so refreshing to hear the host, Juna, talk about her personal experiences with weight, while also incorporating interviews with experts in the field on diet/weight loss. Although a normally somewhat taboo topic, Juna does a great job navigating discussions with a perfect balance of humor and sensitivity. My boyfriend and I are always excited for next episode! I read some of the low star reviews regarding the Noom sponsorship, and while I’m not sure if I’m a huge fan with the choice, I don’t think it’s fair to drop the ratings for the review. Personally, there will always be pros and cons to every fitness app, and I don’t think this sponsorship changes the content or my love for the host.
