This podcast tackles the issue of diets in the most funny and down-to-earth way. Host Juna Gjata is bubbly and a joy to listen to, and Dr. Eddie Phillips is extremely knowledgeable and gives amazing tips. Highly recommend for anyone, even if you’re not normally into dieting or nutrition
