I’ve grown up in a small town called Bharuch in Gujarat, India. As a fat kid, I feel like I am a book keeper of all health fads that passed us in the last 15-20 years. I am so glad the next generation kids will have access to such a wealth of good sound advice coming from trustworthy (and scientific) sources. I trust (not because of credentials, but by also having applied a lot of the insights from the show) both of you on food, at par with all the advice my grandparents gave about food. Thank you for doing this and for always be working to provide the knowledge and the insights.
