Don’t dumb it down so much
I think most people that subscribe to this podcast are educated. I really felt like it has been so dumbed down that it is useless. Sorry, I don’t want to be harsh, but really??I’m a grown woman. I know what real food is, macronutrients are. Come on. I want to know what really is happening to the body with Keto. How do to eat the right foods not only for weight, but cardiovascular health, is salt really causing HBP? Is it table salt, sea salt, or sodium in feeds? I’ve heard the opposing statements lately. I recently read milk is actually leeching nutrition from your bones, so it’s not good for you. Is this true? What are the most recent studies. Come one. Give me real information that a person over age 22 can use.

I could see how this info could be good for people with very little nutritional knowledge, but I had much higher hopes for it. I really like this podcast, but it feels unethical to explore how diets don’t work while advertising a diet company every 15 minutes.
