“It starts out ok. Posing questions. Provoking thought. Seems to be following the science that diets don’t work. Episode 2 talks about the need to stop moralizing food. Stop labeling things as “good” and “bad”. However, the very next episode they’re suggesting cutting out all junk food, and moralizing food with talk of foods that aren’t really foods. It’s a confusing mess of a podcast that perpetuates diet culture. Not for me.”
