Entertaining and informative so far!
I’d love to have you address the topic of fasting in a future episode. We hear so much about intermittent (at least 12 hours) or longer fasting (to give your digestive system a break) that it would be great to get your take on it. On the other hand, there are those who recommend eating every two to three hours so that you’re digestive system is constantly running. Help us make sense of it all!

Really enjoying this podcast! The episodes aren’t ridiculously long and hard to follow. There is great chemistry between the speakers. I hope to see more episodes in the very near future!
