I love the feel of this Podcast. The guys have a good rapport and they deep dive into all things Friends-related and I think they do it in a way that will please the even the most diehard fans. And, if you fancy a drinking game, you can take a swig every time you hear them say the word’...Read full review »

Short episodes with about 20-30% of it nothing to do with Friends anyway. Why does it now always take 10+ minutes to just get passed reading the episode request?
Nu.man via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 05/15/24
I was a really big fan of the podcasts early on but recently it seems like you guys don’t care anymore, which is a shame. You barely go into detail and skim over a lot of stuff, the Yeti episode was particularly dull and short :(

This is great and these two hosts are a skit a minute. I only suggest avoiding the morale high horse and just accept that we all accepted and laughed at casual homophobia and racism during these episodes back in the day. Time to admit ignorance then and happy to see we are wide awake now.

I’ve been a regular listener for a few years now, Pete and Dave always manage to keep things interesting, and it gives me the excuse to re-watch Friends for the umpteenth time! Tbh, it does occasionally get a bit too critical for my liking, though usually with good cause. But these two are obvs...Read full review »

Love their updates and friendship as much as the high quality Friends deconstruction, never miss an episode.

One of the best podcasts out there. Pete and Dave could make even the dullest subjects funny. If you’re a friends obsessive like me (I still watch at least one episode most days), then I cannot recommend this podcast enough. Thanks guys 🥰🥰

I think I love Dave and Pete’s discussion of Friends even more than the actual episodes! Thank you for all the joy and laughter you’ve brought me :) Xx

Since I watched Friends in its original go-round and now I watch an episode of Friends most nights, almost like a bedtime story I’ve heard a dozen times, this podcast is the perfect companion. Since Friends hasn’t been a water-cooler show in decades, I love listening in on the guys being funny...Read full review »

Two guys chatting about the best TV show of all time? Good. Pete Alison and Dave Cribb talking about the best TV show of all time? So much better! Every single episode- literally makes me laugh out loud, so much that people give me weird looks! It’s not often that I listen to podcasts, due to...Read full review »

I’ve only listened to 3 episodes so maybe it improve, but I find that the podcasts just criticise each episode rather than discussing what makes each episode their favourites. It comes across as people who do not enjoy Friends. It’s just a bit too critical.

These guys know all there is to know about FRIENDS, New York, and specifically the city-wide blackouts which plagued the Big Apple during the 90s. In all seriousness, this is my favourite podcast. But now that we’ve been INSULTED, me and my cow print top shall take our business elsewhere. 🐮

This is a brilliant podcast. It’s funny, informative, and just altogether a great listen. The two podcasters are both great for their individual personalities, and they work really well together. They’re really good as well at spotting plot holes, inconsistencies and inaccuracies. It’s so good I...Read full review »

Ahoy hoy! I can’t find enough superlatives to describe how much I flippin’ love this podcast. Listening to these two hilariously dissect the best TV show ever, plus the rest of their random chat, is just the best! I only discovered it a few weeks ago and am nearly up to date! Someone wrote that all FWF does is rip the show Friends apart by uncovering plot holes. I completely disagree. This is a light-hearted, cheerful and genuinely funny podcast where two hilarious British friends discuss episodes of the beloved 90s sitcom. Although they provide analysis and ask...Read full review »

And I could not relate more. Why does no one ever send a text in this show? Why are Monica and Ross so weirdly close? What is the production code of this episode???? What did Dave have for dinner???? Asking the important questions, this podcast fees like a chat in the pub with my friends. Two...Read full review »

Both the show Friends and the podcast Friends With Friends have a special place in my heart. I know the show so well I don’t need to rewatch when the podcast episodes come round. Very bingeworthy, I’ll certainly be down when all the episodes are covered! I’ve laughed out loud many times listening on the bus or in the park, and every head turn has been worth it. For any pragmatic yet good-humoured Friends fan, this is an absolute must-listen!

Pete. Drew. I cannot believe you were criticising the potholes on this great show. The attention to detail for them to add potholes creates the authenticity of the dilapidated New York streets that makes Friends so great. The show friends has a special place in my heart. It’s my go to feel-good-easy-to-watch thing. This podcast knows the popularity of the much beloved slapstick (and flawed pothole) sitcom. Thèse guys are so fun and diverting — but you need to recognize that texting was not a thing in the time of friends — at least once an episode you say things like « why didn’t chandler just text Joey » but texting was NOT a thing in the early/ mid 2000s. I just found Pete and Dave (somehow didn't catch FWF in my first search for Friends podcasts) and am so very happy. For the most part I enjoy the show but for fans of friends I feel like Dave and Pete slip too easily into just being critical of the show. The highlight of any week, ”Friends with Friends” analyses everything that was good and bad about the popular 90s sitcom. Quite enjoyed it when I started ep 1. Got to ep 2 and 3 and they just don’t know anything about NYC, or about previous plots.
