As someone who isn't a nutritionist or sports scientist by trade, I often find myself feeling overwhelmed by the sheer amount of conflicting information out there. The hosts do an incredible job of breaking down the latest research on sports nutrition and translating it into practical tips that runners of all levels can easily apply to their own training. I feel like I'm finally able to cut through the noise and get practical, engaging, and evidence-based advice that I can actually use!
