This week I go through my 5 steps to help you burn belly fat as you age! The following steps can help improve overall health, reduce visceral fat, and set individuals on the path to success.
Here they are:
- Increase non-exercise activity thermogenesis to burn more calories throughout the day.
- Decrease stress through daily meditation to regulate cortisol levels and prevent weight gain.
- Build muscle with resistance training to increase resting metabolic rate and burn more calories.
- Replace processed foods with whole single ingredient foods to improve overall health and promote weight loss.
- Implement a hard stop on eating three hours before bed to improve digestion and prevent weight gain.
Be sure to start with one at a time and implement it over a 15-30 day period until it becomes habitual. If you have any questions please let me know.
