It's okay
I think this podcast used to be better than it has been recently. Initially I enjoyed the slightly wacky approach of Brad and stories about his cold plunge etc, however in time it became apparent that the topics are getting reheated. Brad has the ability to talk for hours about the same thing and while it is entertaining for a while, I don't think it makes that great a content long-term. Also the recordings tend to be "authentic", so there is background noise and there are just so many commercials.Read full review »
