“I was skeptical when a buddy recommended that I check this out, but I'm glad I did. This guy is great: he's straight to the point and gives sensible advice you can actually use. The advice about delegating and email management are particularly refreshing.
Some of these things are especially perfect for people who haven't yet developed bad personal management habits (that they then must learn to break). His advice about filing, for example, I wish I'd heard years ago. He explains strategies that I learned the hard way, through the bitter experience of knowing I had just the perfect thing to solve a problem at work, but couldn't find in my mess of an office. Organizing your work in ways that anticipate your future needs is a lesson you're better off learning now, in a 5-minute podcast, than later, when you're in panic mode under a deadline.
