My favorite podcast of all time. So educational and relatable - topics that need to be discussed but are sometimes taboo. Also HILARIOUS content !

Rayna is everything! She makes the show so enjoyable, I wish Ashley would let Rayna talk more! If it weren’t for Rayna there would be no show bc Ashley is just basic and self centered. Also please stop interrupting your guests. We all know about your one relationship and the fact that you can’t...Read full review »

I used to think I was listening to a podcast that uplifts women of all colours, shapes and sizes, but that's clearly not the case. These women body shame and have silenced women of colour. As a 22 year old, I listened to this podcast for guidance as I get through my 20s, but clearly getting...Read full review »

Used to listen, but their content has gone down hill. They constantly interrupt their guests and it’s not enjoyable to listen to anymore.

I absolutely love this podcast. They are raunchy all while keeping it classy. I feel like I’m listening to my two cool older sisters tell me about their life while giving me genuine life advice

Absolutely love this podcast, perfect combo of big laughs and amazing advice. It’s like having a glass of wine with your best girlfriends! Also, you guys are my Hinge answer to “I won’t shut up about...” 😂

I love this podcast. I’ve been listening to this show for about a year. I’ve listened to every episode and I look forward to every Monday. They absolutely make my day. I even have my boyfriend hooked to the show. He looks forward to listening to them too.

I started listening in June of 2019 and I've been a weekly listener since. I'm a girl in my 20s and I feel that these two are like older sisters who make me feel heard and seen in everything I'm going through. With the current global pandemic, their voices have been the thing that...Read full review »

I recommend this podcast to everyone. I’ve been a religious listener since 2018 (sorry it took so long to rate/review) and contrary to what some may say, I think the podcast is just as good if not better than its always been. It’s fun to listen to the evolution of Rayna and Ashley’s lives and...Read full review »

Wholly unimpressed with recent content. It’s clear A+R don’t adequately research their guests. There could have been thoughtful and productive conversation with Nicole and other guests had they prepared. I’ve been listening for a couple of years now. Every episode I end up laughing out loud. I love listening when I go on long runs bc I can zone out and just be entertained. I love the topics and tips provided, but it takes the girls about a half hour to get into the episode and there are lots of ads. The episode could be cut a lot shorter to get to the point. This loses me as a listener.

As a former fan, at 30 years old I feel like I’ve outgrown Ashley and Rayna’s nonsense. You’re 100% allowed to have an opinion, but when you have a public platform you need to responsible with how you articulate that opinion and how it may be taken. Also, a good leader is an excellent listener and neither of these ladies listen to anything their guests have to say.

Listened to these girls for two years, but lately their privilege, racism, sexism, colorism and disrespect towards their fans has really surfaced. Highly recommend to do some research (reddit) before you take advice from these 40 year olds about dating.

Rayna, you’re making us uncomfortable with how frequently you sexualize the male guests. I’m 30 and honestly I think I’ve just aged out of this.
