It’s good
Overall a good podcast to check in and see if an episode topic interests you. It’s a more heavy ex-mormon podcast. I’ve gotten some good insights along the way. I’m glad she enjoys doing it and I believe it is so great for some people. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I don’t find the episodes consistently engaging and there are other things that make it hard for me to listen, but that’s a me thing and not something I feel she could really do anything about. I will say, the episodes I enjoy the most are the ones with listener submitted stories or questions. And there was a confessions one that was really good too. Most episodes can feel more heavy, to me, as I feel I’m not in the thick of deconstructing anymore and those episodes can drag me down. I’ll keep listening.

I love this podcast!! It creates a safe space for healing and deconstructing together. She is both respectful and honest with her thoughts and opinions -which has brought me a lot of comfort. Love it ✨💗
