I love how Straight forward Steph is
Her Episode ‘ messy thoughts on food’ had my heart beat 1000 beats a second. I have been listening to health and nutrition podcasts for a few years now , I feel like I have changed a lot in how I approach food but lately i feel like I have been cornered and I honestly don’t know what to eat anymore ! I wake up open the fridge and just stare at what’s on the shelves and my mind is trying to categorize everything I see , “ nope that’s carbs, no that’s high in sugar , that’s dairy, that’s gluten..” It’s really miserable! These two episodes got me thinking of how bad my relationship with food has become and the worst part of it is , I’m not talking about highly processed I’m talking about natural nutritious food that the earth has given us. I’m looking forward to learning more from Steph and joining the nutritional therapy 101 program. Thank you Steph.
