Love this podcast!
I recently found my way to this podcast and all I can say is Wow! This is exactly what I have been looking for. There is so much to dive into, nutrition, strength training, lifting heavy and so much more, it’s all so good but what makes it great is the emphasis on loving ourselves and our bodies.So positive and uplifting. I love it! Thank you for this!
