This changed my relationship with food!
I began a new way of thinking about *what* I eat a few months ago. I started seeing results, but also felt quite a bit of resistance to making it stick. Kay has helped me look at my motives for changing and brought me to a level of trusting my food wisdom that makes making healthy food choices sensible and self nurturing. Now I don’t only have a new relationship with food, I’m on a much more satisfying journey.
