Kat has done her research and shares the keys to changing your relationship with food in a way that is healthy and non-restrictive so that you can make changes that last. Extremely valuable podcast! Can’t wait for more episodes! Update: I’ve been listening ever since Kat started and I look forward to this podcast every week!!! I can’t get enough. This has transformed the way I view not only my relationship with food by my relationship with my own mind and body. While I’ve made great strides with eating, I’ve also been able to apply the tools in other areas of my life. Thank you so much Kat!!
