Don’t listen if you’re aiming for a natural positive birth
I found the stories told very heavily geared towards women who simply want an efficient, pain-free labour at all costs (and are privileged enough to pay for it). They seemed to gloss over some of the risks that the interventions they discussed come with. I didn’t find these stories helped me stay in a positive mind frame about my upcoming birth. I prefer positive birth stories.

I couldn't listen past halfway through the podcast about conception. The comments the fertility Dr was making are untrue, misleading and encouraging a victim state of mind - which does not get you pregnant! Soy is the best source of antioxidants? Really?
