Poorly executed
The comment by the host in episode 1 “did it stick” when interviewing the poor listener Megan, who had opened up about getting her first positive pregnancy test ever (after 5 years of infertility and starting IVF treatment) was completely insensitive. Megan’s response to this ridiculous question clearly showed how shocked and hurt she was. I hope Megan received an apology for the behaviour and lack of insight she was subjected to during this interview. As someone who has never been pregnant or suffered from infertility, even I was shocked and had to turn it off. Disgusting interviewing.

But it really just felt like a platform for Midwife Cath to sell her book. Not a lot of down to earth information. It focuses on what a wealthier mother might have access to. And very poor information on things like the cascade of intervention.
