Top marks to Peter Adamson for bringing us a podcast which is thought-provoking, informative and entertaining in equal measure. The ground covered is more or less the same as Bertrand Russell's History of Western Philosophy, but the style is rather more accessible and contemporary; Adamson apologises for not being able to adequately portray Anaximander's cosmology due to his insufficient special effects budget, for example.Read full review »
