Grounding, Calming, Healing
Luis has an incredibly calming presence that can be felt even through a podcast. He brings a unique perspective and depth from his personal healing journey and completely exudes patience, empathy and acceptance. He’s opened my eyes to new perspectives and shown me the true joy of slowing down and being present. (In conjunction with much of my own personal work, daily physical movement and weekly EMDR therapy), this podcast was the peak tipping point that FINALLY aided me in achieving full embodiment during a meditation. I have never experienced anything like it and wasn’t sure anything even close ever would be possible as a long time sufferer of PTSD, ADHD, etc. That 20 minutes was such a pivotal moment for me getting to fully experience my body in a state of just being. I don’t have proper words. I’m so encouraged by his podcast and Instagram page and continue to learn so much as I’m on my own healing journey. Thanks for your beautiful words and important work, Luis. It matters and it’s making a difference!

And the more I heard, the better trauma informed I have become. I...Read full review »

I listen to this podcast every morning on my way to work. Luis is brilliant and has really helped me to understand so many things about my body and anxiety that I never had answers for. Every guest is amazing. I can’t recommend this podcast enough.
