Warm and witty, open and empathic... all the qualities we seek in friends are here, in this podcast. Interviews are solid (good listeners make good interviewers), topical episodes are well resourced and expressed. And the zeitgeist and culture shares are what quarantined people crave! And a cute...Read full review »

I’m late to the game with this podcast (story of my life) and now catching up on previous episodes. The guests are very interesting, Patti Smith is my favourite, what a woman! Her anecdote about the brain surgeon TV character was hilarious. Chris and Alan offer great advice and progressive points...Read full review »

An brilliant podcast series speaking to many influential LGBTQ+ people, their views, backgrounds and aspirations for the future. Together with the presenters humour makes this an excellent combination. As a gay man living in Scotland it is also amazing to hear the wonderful Alan Cummings. He is...Read full review »

🇦🇺Love your podcast, fun, interesting, great questions. Fascinating people being given a voice so we have the opportunity to hear from our tribe! Production-wise, the ads are a bit jarring, be good to smooth them out.

As someone who is in the ambiguous Plus of LGBTQ+, I’m enjoying this podcast because of its saturation not just in being queer, but in being honestly and openly human. Keep it coming!

This was a funtastic podcast when Will Young and Christopher Sweeney hosted it. By now I had hoped the Z lister who replaced Will might have desisted from facile narratives which invariably position himself at the centre of the celebrity universe. Chris, Alan (and Will in the ether), what a spectacular success this podcast is. I now absolutely crave your frank and funny discussions on topics that so often go unsaid in the media. Thanks Alan and Chris for an honest and real discussion of your experiences as gay men. Such a relief to listen to frank responses about the ways we navigate our lives amid some of the ridiculous expectations within our community. Looking forward to lots of great future listening.

Used to be a massive fan of this podcast and was hopeful that the change in host wouldn’t be a turn off. It’s hard work now. The guests are obscure and the hosts seem more interested in talking than interviewing. Not everyone Alan has met is famous or worth interviewing.

Yes, I admit, to begin with I wasn’t sure that I was going to enjoy the new double act of Chris and Alan having so enjoyed that of your previous comrade Will but yes, I’ve been won over by the anecdotes and wit and charm of one mister Alan Cumming and the strength of character and direction of...Read full review »
