Love love love
Homo Sapiens was always great, but I must admit, my interest waned a bit back when it was a 2-host show. Nothing against Will or Alan, who I love, but the dynamic inevitably felt weighted towards the hosts rather than the guest (like the 2-man team on Blockbusters). But by himself, Chris is a warm and funny and engaging host, and a deceptively incisive interviewer, and has a way of making his guests feel like an equal part of an organic conversation - and so as a listener, you feel like an equal part of the conversation. And for an LGBTQIA+ podcast, feeling like you’re an equal part of the conversation is pretty much fundamental to its success. Unlike so many podcasts that have lasted this long, this one gets more (not less) inclusive and engaging the longer it goes on.

Great podcast. Will Young and Christopher Sweeney sharing their thoughts on LGBTQI issues in a genuinely warm and funny fashion. Each episode is a joy.
