“It was ONE WEEK ago that he was a no-show to our romantic rendezvous (yes, I paid for a luxurious weekend at the beach, bought enough lingerie rather than a down payment on a new car!)
It was a YESTERDAY
that I completed all 25 of your podcasts (while beach walking w you, not him, flights, car drives).

By you dissecting the fact that emotions are just thoughts, and we total control our thoughts, has lead me to transform my belief from “why doesn’t he like me?” (while crying alone in my ocean view hotel room)... to...”he is incapable of a relationship; it has NOTHING to do with ME!”
And, oh BTW, I am noticing a pattern here. Years and years of the same thing. There is SO much for me to discover about myself!
