“I read some of the negative critiques about the podcast. You’re right, it is a directional podcast to get you interested in the program but it also offers valuable insights that are touched on very deeply in the actual program. This is my sixth week in an eight week program. I call it therapy. I am getting in tune with my emotions that I have stuffed down and ignored for years, I am learning to heal and accept wounds as I listen to my body. Now that I have cleared the path to hearing my body I can hear what it says about nutritional needs and satisfaction; moving away from over eating to awareness of what emotions are taking place and tools in which to support myself. It’s not a quick fix but it is a disentanglement to freedom.”
