“After going in circles for so long and just getting frustrated with always feeling unstable, listening to Kristen’s insights and advice has seriously made me feel like I can (and will) learn to manage and live a normal, stable life.
I realised that despite my diagnosis and being medicated for years, I had no idea what ADHD really was or how I could do anything to help myself. I was constantly thinking “why am I like this” and then discovered I knew the answer all along, but didn’t recognise that it was my ADHD.
I have sent episodes of this podcast to the people I love to explain things I never could. It has helped them to understand and support me.
AND I have even been able to share this podcast with people I love that also have ADHD and their loved ones, who have also benefited so much from this podcast!
