I was diagnosed with ADHD at 8 years old. I'm now 32 and it wasn't until about a year ago that discovered the ADHD community on Instagram. The adhd battle is one I'd been fighting on my own my entire life, but listening to this podcast has helped me realize how not alone I really am. The debt, the impulsivity, the forgetfulness... these are all things I've fought to come to terms with and understand, and now I know I'm not the only fighting that fight.
