I have read a few conflicting reports on the safety of women only eating one meal a day. I have read that because we are more geared to store fat this way of eating causes our metabolism to slow way down and it tells our body to store fat? One of the sources promotes having one or two bullet coffee during the day to tell the body it’s not in famine mode. Can you speak to this?
