Women OMAd?
I enjoy this podcast. Great to hear interviews instead of just quick pics or write ups. I have read a few conflicting reports on the safety of women only eating one meal a day. I have read that because we are more geared to store fat this way of eating causes our metabolism to slow way down and it tells our body to store fat? One of the sources promotes having one or two bullet coffee during the day to tell the body it’s not in famine mode. Can you speak to this? Thank you-

A fabulous first episode and I’m so looking forward to the next one! Gin asks great questions and has a great conversational style. Hearing people’s IF stories is so inspirational – often even more so than reading them. So glad this podcast is a thing!
