The absolute truth behind fitness and fat loss
I've searched for, applied and struggled with many diets, but JJ teaches the things that really work. Finally I feel good before, during and after I eat because I now know how to eat the right foods for me. Even better, I know how to exercise in a way that rocks my body with burst training, instead of spending hours at the gym with frustrating results. I found the 5 ways to "get motivated" as well to "stay motivated" very helpful. I believe that are simple to follow and can produce the desired results. I particularly liked the #4 (Keep a Journal) and the #5 (Find New Fitter Friends). I can not wait to put all 5 points to use...Read full review »
