EP. 4 How’s Your Personal Brand?
Listen now
Description
It’s not just for the famous. Everyone has one… even if you didn’t deliberately create one! Ral says your brand is the stories people tell about you when you’re not in the room.   So ask yourself is your personal brand authentic? Does it cut through and adequately sum up who you are, based on your strengths within the workplace and the person you are outside of work? Your personal brand is responsible for you getting hired, fired, promoted, recommended and referred so it’s pretty important to own it! And you need to be strategic, a personal brand doesn’t just happen.   What do you want your brand to be associated with? What do you stand for? What’s real for you? What’s fake?  It’s all about self awareness.  Jac says your personal brand is how you show up in the eyes of others, it’s what they observe and experience of you, these are the facts vs your opinion of yourself.    In episode 4  find out the tips and techniques to help you identify your personal brand, create the narrative aligned to your brand, learn it, own it, familiarise yourself with it and then weave this narrative into your daily habits. It’s confidence building and it’s real. ------------------------------------------------------------------- New Episode Every Monday 7am Follow the show https://www.instagram.com/keepingitrealwithjacandral/ https://open.spotify.com/show/5yIs5ncJGvJyXhI55Js0if?si=aCNOdB68QnOGnT0vCTPcPg Follow Jac https://www.linkedin.com/in/jacphillips/ https://www.instagram.com/jac.phillips.coaching/ Follow Ral https://www.linkedin.com/in/gabrielledolan/ https://www.instagram.com/gabrielledolan.1/ Produced by Keehlan Ferrari-Brown.
