This podcast is so anxiety-reducing!
I have been doing keto for two months now. I love the food, and I love the way I feel. However, I did find that after the first few weeks, I was falling into old, restrictive, habits. Counting calories, denying myself fats and proteins that I desired, and experiencing hunger and deprivation. Shawn it's so relatable and seemed to be speaking directly to my experience. Her emphasis on reducing stress, and not falling into old eating disordered type of behavior was so refreshing. Her focus on health and happiness really resonated with me.
