“I have been studying chinese for 9 months now, 5 of which have been in a formal academic setting. Mandarin Chinese Lessons with Serge are a really great complement to a course study-program for a few reasons: (i) they are very topical hence both fun and useful, (ii) they gradually build up a significant base of vocabulary that is consistent with academic course material, (iii) they provide additional exposure to tones and sentence structure, or stated differently, variety. Chinese is my sixth (or seventh if you include Latin) language. And it is by far the most demanding, requiring many hours per day of work. Adding Serge's material to your daily load will truly help make the whole process more fun and interesting, while contributing significantly.”Read full review »
