In this week's episode Hannah and Ali talk all things intuitive eating. This week they call in Registered Dietitian, founder of Free Method Nutrition, and the queen of the sharable Instagram post: Dylan Murphy. Together these RDs answer all your burning questions about the much buzzed about topic: intuitive eating. First of all, what the heck is intuitive eating? Is intuitive eating just eating when you’re hungry, and stopping when you’re full? What should you do if you are nauseous in the morning and don’t feel like eating until noon? Can I learn to intuitively eat if I am recovering from an eating disorder? If I am not tracking my calories or weight, how will I make sure I haven't eaten too much? Dylan is the ultimate intuitive eating RD and the perfect person to answer our first selection of intuitive eating questions. That's right! Spoiler alert, there were so many amazing questions sent in about intuitive eating Hannah and Ali had to record two separate episodes! We’ve got lots in store for the next two weeks, so buckle up and let's dive into the world of intuitive eating. Diet culture tries to say that we cannot trust the cues our body gives and Dylan, Hannah and Ali are here to say that idea is so 2020- thank you next!
