Every week I learn something new from Ali and Hannah’s weekly interviews! They are entertaining, thoughtful and provocative and have challenged me and my understanding about body image, mechanical and intuitive eating, meal planning, inflammation, gut health, plant based eating and much more. I am so grateful to Ali and Hannah for bring these intelligent, empathetic and charismatic women to help us be kinder to ourselves both mentally and physically!! Thank you!! Loved hearing the episode where Andy spoke about caffeine. I thought his comments about caffeine were very interesting ...particularly relevant and important for me was the information and discussion revolving around iron and caffeine!! I have never heard that one shouldn’t take iron at the same time as coffee/caffeine. Me, as a vegan, have been taking iron for years in the morning around the same time as my coffee. I am changing the practice as of today thank you for the update!!! Maybe that explains my lower absorption of iron!! Thank you so much for this info and for your weekly podcast! Love them!
