My body and mind are healing slowly, enabling hormones to balance & my energy to increase as I get to my body’s desired set point range. Specifically, it was so helpful to hear that you encourage fueling your body about every three hours & including snacks!! I have heard from some that snacks are not the best for your body because you should go as long as you can between meals to regulate blood sugar. This idea never made sense with my experience!
