Your voice is easy to listen to, I like all the info and what some have complained about as “padding” I actually like the extra info to give me the full picture. I find these Australian Crime stories interesting and eye opening. Keep up the good work. And Thank You!

Absolutely fantastic to find such a quality Australian podcast. Well done to Andrew and the team.
balancedbeancounter via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 10/12/19
Has really good Australian based true crime topics but seems to wander with unnecessary padding. Some background is great, but podcast needs tightening up with more of the pertinent details. Then host could cut unnecessary information and speed up his speech a little. Other than that, not bad

Lowkey commentary on classism is not what I’m looking for. This is an outdated way of thinking. Create a relevant podcast.

Sorry but this is not great. The host is reading the story and isn’t doing it very well at all. Has no flow

I usually enjoy this podcast. However, the over the top blah blah blah about Adelaide as being a hub of crime is totally over the top and tiresome. There have been plenty of crimes and murders in other parts of Australia that can be easily listed. It’s a bit of a dead horse to flog.
giornaliero_urbano via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 10/05/19
I’m true crime obsessed and this podcast is new to me and so can’t believe it’s taken so long for me to find it. Absolutely great quality and his an amazing story teller that still lets the interviewee shine. I couldn’t recommend this show any more !

I love this podcast. The cases are interesting and I have enjoyed every episode. Unfortunately while listening today to the Jaidyn Leskie case I became very upset. I lived in Moe at the time this happened and the people of Moe suffered due to these horrible people. The people involved in this...Read full review »

Love your stories, love your voice. It’s all about the voice or at least it plays a very big part in the storytelling. Your stories make compelling listening and I cannot get enough of them thank you.

Andrew , thoroughly enjoyed your ab podcast. I’ve just coauthored a book telling the stories of the Western Zone Ab divers - in their words : Abalone Pioneers, published by Rockpool Publishing.

I’m not sure if it crossed your mind whilst you listened to this 4 part episode of Swindle before you released it, and thought “does a man reiterating every description I say come across as mansplaining”? It’s painful and I cringe when your co-host repeats what you have just said. Rethink and...Read full review »

Thoroughly enjoy Andrew Rule’s measured story telling and the wide variety of stories, not just the headliners

OMG! Talk about tapping into another world ?! Speaking from suburban Melbourne I had no idea that there may be upto 500,000 Ferrell deer whereabouts in Vic. What a fascinating episode I like the way Mr Rule speaks slowly and decisively Thank you to all involved with this podcast S

Just love this podcast!! I have been binging this over the last three days - and just can’t get enough! I love Andrews’ dry & direct take on even the most vicious of reports!
breez-yb via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 07/26/19
Each crime told in such an engaging way. Manages to fit all the info in to each episode without going close to an hour too. So easy to digest and each is just as enthralling as the next.

Without a doubt one of the most enjoyable podcasts to listen too, on the long drives from Hedland to Perth. Informative, factual content, he’s a good storyteller

Telling the stories from memory makes for a clumsy, unprofessional podcast. Content is great, but narration style needs work. Bronte

You have to love Andrew Rule’s extensive knowledge of crime, the stories and all the characters on both sides of the law. Andrew is very easy to listen to, and now that I’ve listened to every episode so far, he’s like a familiar friend. Keep up the great work.

Great anecdotes made all the more compelling by Andrew Rule’s narration. My only complaint is that, while the stories are well told, the episodes are never long enough. I want more!!
