If you're a sewer, this is a must listen!
Helen & Carolyn are two lovely, bubbly Canadians who are utterly passionate about sewing and fabric. Helen is the designer behind Helen's Closet patterns and Carolyn is the owner of Blackbird fabrics. My favourite thing about the podcast are the interviews with small business owners in the sewing world. These alternate with more general topics like sewcialising (talking about sewing on social media) or the fabric stash. The tone is very bubbly and friendly - just like the sewing community. Both of them are clearly deeply immersed and absolutely know what they are talking about. I find myself nodding in agreement all the time. If you loved the Seamwork podcast, definitely give this a go!Read full review »
