So Relaxing!
This is the best meditation podcast I've found. It's relaxing, destressing, and there's nothing in it that prevents sleep (bells, loud music, noise spikes, etc.). The only thing that can be slightly off-putting at times, is Mary's tendency to sound just a bit like a valley girl, but once you're used to it, her voice is soothing and comforting.Read full review »

This is one of the best podcasts in itunes for guided meditations. It has been usefull to me for a long time now. Mary has the perfect calming voice and also the (background) music made by Richard is great. These guided meditations are very effective!
