One of the best fitness podcasts I’ve heard
I love Mike’s podcast because he and his guests do an amazing job of taking sometimes complicated fitness concepts, or at least topics the industry makes complicated; and makes them simplified and relevant to people just trying to be fit, those performing at a high level, or folks that might struggling with fitness or other health issues. It’s a relief to listen to a coach who isn’t talking over everyone’s head that just wants to impress everyone with how smart he is. He makes various factors of being fit real and attainable. Thanks Mike! Keep up the great work!
