Mind Over Macros is a great podcast for people at any stage in their health and fitness journey, but it’s especially good for those, like myself, who have a decent base knowledge but need help with implementation. A lot of health and fitness advice is the same or similar, but what sets Mike and the podcast apart is the way he takes sharing advice a step further and provides practical and real-life examples of how and why you should implement the advice he shares — it’s the connection I need to take what I know I SHOULD do and actually do it. The saying goes that you have to find the “why” behind something before you’ll actually commit to doing it, and Mike provides the why for you.

Mike’s podcast is very informative and has helped me get over my “fear” of carbs. Knowing my neurotype has helped me change my diet a bit and work with what can help lower my cortisol levels. Still have some pesky pounds to lose, but have stopped sticking to a very low calorie diet.
