“I've worked with Kelly, the host of this podcast, in person, and she is just as amazing as she sounds! Her voice is kind, patient, and very soothing (I've told her before she should read bedtime stories for children). The content is AMAZING, and that is coming from someone who really struggles with meditation, quieting my mind, and finding peace. Through these podcasts, I'm able to better handle my anxiety and stress, and am finding myself more in-tune with my personal needs. I've listened to a few other podcasts by other people, but NO ONE even REMOTELY compares to Kelly. I've often wished I could carry her voice around with me everywhere I go, and thanks to this, I can!
