Returning to Mindfulness
Years ago I briefly experimented with a meditation practice. I learned so many life changing concepts such as being still, decoupling the ego from my being, looking deeply with compassion, etc. while the concepts remain an I have attempted to share them with others I haven’t felt confident to adequately share and I have put aside the discipline of sitting. I am grateful for this refresher course.

I am lucky to practice meditation with Lower Lights in Salt Lake City, but I love taking Thomas’ tools on the go with Mindfulness +.
