Compelling case, annoying podcast
Heard about this podcast through Generation Why podcast - the case sounds compelling. I thought it might be an interesting series like Serial. Missing Maura Murray is no where near the level that Serial achieved. Like others have mentioned the hosts are all over the place. There’s no organization of the story or script, and there is a crap ton of their conjecture - as another reviewer mentioned you’ll likely roll your eyes multiple times each episode at some of the things they posit. Episode 7 was probably the most listenable episode so far, as their guest on that episode (Clint Harting) was mostly free of the often laughable conjecture the hosts provide. If this podcast is supposed to help promote their upcoming documentary on this case, it’s really doing it a disservice.

They say they aren’t judging the father yet they completely pick apart his letter in one of the podcasts. Hopefully none of us will ever know what it’s like to lose a child. So while we are fortunate not to have this happen, zip it.
