Not worth listening
Read the reviews. It’s interesting how many of us stopped listening at about the same time in the series. The amount of denial and victim bashing was horrible. This podcast is one sided. It’s a shame something like this was even put out. It’s not serious journalism when you keep interviewing the same people with the same opinions. They couldn’t even say the word “murder”. They keep calling it the “incident”. I feel for the Vaughn family. It’s awful to think your own son could do this. But their smear job of the victim and her family is awful. And the person most responsible for this farce of a podcast is the narrator. She’s set up a one sided argument against a woman and her children who are dead and a family who is grieving the loss of their daughter and grandchildren. Chris Vaughn is where he is supposed to be.

The Vaughn family reminds me of the Watts family. Uneducated narrow minded sexists. Offended by Master’s degrees? The value of a woman is whether or not she can cook? The show hosts insinuating voice totally turned me off. She actually made me feel like Vaughn was guilty.

There is clearly a lot of insecurity on their own part about their station in life, and I’ve just gotten to the part where Chris’s mom calls Kimberly...Read full review »
