The hosts choose guests with expertise in diverse areas, so that from week to week they cover all aspects of nutrition that are relevant to endurance athletes. For example, I've loved the episodes with dietitian athletes (e.g. Kelly Jones and Starla Garcia) as well as body image expert Fiona Sutherland.
