Varied and reliably high-quality
I started listening earlier this summer and know that I will be a long-time listener. Definitely a lot here for me, as someone who loves endurance sports and is trying to improve my nutrition while eating a mainly vegetarian diet. The hosts choose guests with expertise in diverse areas, so that from week to week they cover all aspects of nutrition that are relevant to endurance athletes. For example, I've loved the episodes with dietitian athletes (e.g. Kelly Jones and Starla Garcia) as well as body image expert Fiona Sutherland. I also appreciate how this is always done from an intuitive eating lens. I never worry that I’ll tune in and hear that I have to lose weight to be a better runner!Read full review »

This podcast shines a much needed spotlight on runners’ nutrition. I really appreciate the way they emphasize the importance of self advocacy around amenorrhea, since so many people (myself included) have felt dismissed by medical professionals. Thank you so much!

I’ve really enjoyed diving into nutrition as it pertains to endurance sports. This podcast makes things super easy to understand and I’ve found it so helpful, but also enjoyable to listen to.
